The Canadian Government has implemented diversity requirements for indigenous content on all new defense contracts issued after April 2022.   • The highest transactional multiplier at 9x. Engage with COTA to develop future technologies, processes, materials, and data.

  • At a transactional multiplier of 5x, investment framework can be a powerful tool to strengthen supplier capabilities, develop training programs, and create jobs.

  • An investment is made to facilitate future sales. I.E. Machinery acquisition, and all work performed on that machinery is an ITB credit. This is often the best fit for future production contracts.
