COTA’s primary facility is in Parksville, BC. Strategically Located between CFB Esquimalt and CFB Comox, we are geographically positioned to provide efficient direct service.
Our main facility is located at 1390 Springhill Road, a 12 Acre parcel hosting a 58,000sq ft. facility. Primarily comprised of level paved asphalt, the lot has significant space for external secure storage. Constructed adjacent to Highway 19, we have appropriate and Transport Canada approved rotorcraft landing space for ongoing heavy maintenance contracts.
